NEW BONUS: All employees can enter Leads now and Get Rewarded

 

Dears all Sahara company employees,

I'm proud to announce the launch of our new LEADS INCENTIVE PROGRAM.
The program allows all company employees from non-Sales role to enter Leads into the CRM and later on track them and also get rewarded.
These leads could be from your friends, family or you might learn about them through a phone call or in a discussion with anyone.

بحمد الله تم الانتهاء من تنفيذ برنامج جديد على نظام متابعة العملاء (سي ار ام) يتيح لجميع موظفي الشركة ادخال مشاريع جديدة محتملة لعملاء مع تفاصيلها
النظام أيضا يتيح متابعة ما يحدث للمشروع وكذلك الحصول على مكافئات في حال اتم العميل الشراء من صحارى نت
هولاء العملاء من الممكن أن يكونوا أقربائك أو أصدقائك أو معارف عن طريق العمل أو خلافه

All leads will go through the following steps



:
كل المشاريع المدخلة ستتم معالجتها كما يلي:

1.       Entered leads will be filtered by Sales Coordinators.

2.       Accepted leads will be sent to the suitable branch for action.

3.       Action by branch will be monitored according to a time frame and alerts will be sent to concerned sales team if action is not taken on time.

4.       You will be able to see the progress on each lead you enter.

5.       Once we are awarded the project and it is implemented completely, you will earn points. On each SR 1,000 you will get 1 point.

6.       At the end of the year, these points will be converted to an amount in SR and given as bonus for each participating employee who entered a lead that was closed.

7.       Sales and Marketing team are not part of this program as it is their job to get such leads to the company and they are rewarded once the project is closed according to a different policy.

يرجى تعبئة كامل البيانات والحصول على أي بيانات من العميل مباشرة لنتمكن من خدمته بشكل أسرع

When you click on "Add new lead" you will get this page:
Make sure to enter as much information as possible and if you don't have any information, kindly consult with your customer.
